I think I found the smallest town in Florida: Sand Cut, Florida. It’s located in northwest Palm Beach County, right beside Lake Okeechobee. It boasts a tiny population, and is considered the “speck capital of the world”. But does this mean speckled perch, or does it also denote the tiny size of the town? It also boasts a variable population, as the sign says.
